Successfully originated, advised and assisted with transaction & execution of an industrial property on behalf of the group. The quality asset is located in an established and growing precinct with future upside due to its favourable mixed-use zoning. The property generates secure income from a reputable tenant, a subsidiary of an ASX listed company.

Our services were engaged under a mandate to secure property sites suitable for convenience Quick Service Retail (QSR) and Roadside Fuel use around Australia. Part of the engagement involves identifying and assisting with the transaction process in terms of sourcing, negotiation, due diligence and delivery.

Together we have identified and reviewed over $300 million (AUD) assets, nationally.

Consulting with private high net worth investors in the greater Sydney market. Target price range up to $15 million (AUD) per transaction with a strong focus around Eastern Seaboard.
